As Head Coach I recruit, retain and teach student athletes to compete in a highly competitive environment. As Athletic Director I manage a budget in excess of half a million dollars and direct and promote ten additional division I and division II sport programs. I believe my strongest personal asset is the ability to understand and relate to players who come from diverse backgrounds as well as successfully working with administrators, donors and community leaders to promote the ideals of the Institution. As a Coach I strive to elevate player understanding of the team concept and how each position is like a piece to a puzzle. Each individual contributes to the whole picture. I believe, Inside players and perimeter players should learn the same basic skills which contribute to the success of the team.
