The Kids Clinic was a success again this year with about 90 kids attending. We asked all kids participating to bring either a can good, food item, or toy. This year we took 188 lbs of food to the Eastern Illinois Food Bank, $100 to Toys for Tots, and many toys, which were distributed by the Illini players and coaching staff. In addition to the fun interraction with the players, facepainting, and crafting opportunities for our kids, Illini Rebounder’s made a difference in our community. This is also another example of our Illini student athletes going above and beyond the “court” and giving back to our community.
